
What Services does MIHP Offer?
MIHP services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes:
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs)
- Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (Psychiatric ARNPs)
- Registered Nurses & LPNs
- Certified PEER Support Specialists
This team works collaboratively to provide coordinated, person-centered care—often in a patient’s home or other community setting.
- Medical diagnosis and treatment
- Prescription issuing
- Medical specialist referrals
- Laboratory services and testing
- Medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD)
- Substance use disorder (SUD) recovery services & support
- SUD prevention and prescription education
- Mental health diagnosis and treatment
- Mental health crisis assistance
- Agency referrals/warm hand-offs
- Health care system navigation and patient advocacy
This integrated approach helps ensure community members receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Who Can Benefit from MIHP?
MIHP is available to community members who may:
- Have frequent 911 or emergency department use
- Be recovering from hospitalization or injury
- Live with chronic medical, behavioral health, or substance use conditions
- Experience mental health challenges or need support related to substance use disorder (SUD)
- Face barriers accessing medical care, behavioral health services, or social support
- Need additional support to remain safe, stable, and independent at home
Insurance & Payment Information
The Mobile Integrated Health Program accepts all insurance payors. Patients will not be turned away due to inability to pay.
Our priority is ensuring access to care for all community members, regardless of insurance status or financial circumstance.
North Mason Community Members
Patients who live within the North Mason Regional Fire Authority (NMRFA) jurisdiction may call directly to request and schedule an MIHP appointment.

Patients Outside the NMRFA Jurisdiction
For individuals who live outside of the North Mason Regional Fire Authority service area, MIHP is currently accepting referrals from Mason County community agencies only.
We accept referrals from:
- Healthcare providers
- Behavioral health agencies
- Social service organizations
- Schools and community partners
- Fire and EMS personnel
